Question System Freezing & Crashing ?

New to the forums, sorry if posted in wrong section.

I recently build a PC using my old components, specs:
i7 10700KF
MSI Z490 Gaming Edge
GTX 1080 Ti
Corsair H100i V2
1TB SSD
16GB RAM
850W PSU

Whenever I play a game after a few minutes the computer crashes, cannot reset using CLT ALT DEL. Please see image:

How do I diagnose what the issue is and how do you even describe the issue?

Additional Info:

I might have applied a bit more than the optimum thermal paste but I don't think this would cause the issue.

The GPU was bought in 2017

10700KF runs at 53 degress celcius idle which seems quite high and high 70s when gaming.

GPU around the same temps

It only does this when I'm gaming
