system frezzes for a second or less when my vcore drops

specs:
fx 4130
hd radeon 6790
600 w lc power psu
mobo 960GM-VGS3 FX
ram 4gb

when i play games or do anything that is CPU intensive my computer freezes for a second then my
cpu usage increases even more and then it stableises back to normal .i disabled cool and quiet and disabled c state in the bios.help please!!!

It throttles because the CPU or the VRMs get too hot. How did you cool the CPU? Stock cooler?

yes i use stock cooler but its next to a 120 mm fan and i get 45 degrees on load

Monitor CPU speed while gaming and if it drops, then you'll have to identify why it's throttling. Are sure the CPU doesn't overheat? I doubt the CPU only gets to 45°C on load, but if that's what AMD Overdrive reports, then it's correct. Next I would install a fan to cool the VRMs as that could prevent the issue.
