Good Morning,
I come to you because I am confronted with a problem that has kept me in suspense since several weeks, I explain it in chronological order, it will be long sorry:
- First of all, I used a Desktop-type pc which worked perfectly well and which I built myself in 2007, in order to be able to work again at a correct speed and also to switch to Win11. I decided to get new parts as follows (I specify that I did not change anything else, also I did not reinstall WIN):
An Asus ProArt B550
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU
And 2 Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3600MHz RAM sticks
The graphics card in view of the current situation I thought I would keep it a little longer (I am not a gamer so not necessary) it is an old AMD HD6970
I initially thought of a driver problem (I had previously installed everything that was supplied with the Mother Board and also the lastest BIOS version), so I looked for the most recent one for the network card on the Asus web site and the latest for the graphics card from AMD web site, then I have in the device manager uninstall the graphics card restart the machine and reinstall it. I do the same for the network card.
Then I reinstalled WIN11 on another HDD (without keeping the files and applications), arrived in the system with a min resolution that really stings I open a web page with edge and the problem is still present.
So I started to explore the HW side: I carried out several stress tests with the GPU and the CPU, MEM test with the RAM everything was stable. Then I try to start on one RAM module then on the other, I installed a new 1TB SSD, I bought a new graphics card, changed the MB; nothing solved the problem… to finish the process a new power supply is ordered even if the current one of 850W is not even 2 years old…
I must admit that I am beginning to despair, so if ever someone had a similar problem I would be very grateful if he could help me...

- Since when I turn on the PC everything starts up the fans turn and suddenly 2-3 s later the PC turns off and again, 2-3s after everything resumes and this time It starts WIN and apart from the problems below everything is stable.
- Then once in WIN everything works except that all internet browsers (edge, chrome, firefox) does not display certain images & videos correctly or even not at all and that very regularly the browser crashes with an error message such as "status access violation” or “status breakpoint” and most of time the browser close from alone. In short, I cannot use it.
