Question "System Interruptions" process

My friend has a process on his computer that uses the processor called "System Interruptions" a lot and that gives him a lot of lag in the games. He wants to know if he has to turn it off so he can play without lag.

System Interrupts are a required feature of a PC.
Effectively, when a component requires the CPU to process something immediately, it can interrupt the current process. It is a way that your processor manages the priority of different processes.

What games are you playing?
Ultimately it is a very low end laptop, so I would expect it to lag in most gaming applications.

Well then he'll be still massively limited by using integrated graphics and a low end processor.
It is a very low end laptop, so I wouldn't expect to to be able to play most games very effectively.
