Hello, and sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but I have a question about the card I just received.

I ordered a second hand RTX 3080 the other day, and I've been pretty satisfied with it, that is until I went to check the amount of VRAM it has. My system saying I only have 8gb of VRAM when the card I ordered, to my knowledge, has 10gb. I'm not even sure there IS an 8gb model of the 3080 outside of the mobile ones. Maybe one of the VRAM chips died? If so how should I go about that? I've checked using GPU-Z, CPU-Z, and task manager, all say it is using 8gb. Do I need to upgrade my normal RAM to 32gb?

Can anyone let me know what the reason behind this could be? Thank you in advance!
