My latest build is giving me trouble, and I guess it's either the brand new motherboard or simply because I choose AMD this time.

It crashes in a few games (Like BF2042 and Anno 1800, direct x 12) but mostly runs fine when used.
It also sometimes happens to crash when just idling, or while watching youtube or surfing facebook.
- The black screen and fans turn to full throttle. I had some overheating issues with my old cooler, but I replaced it and now it's within limits.

Temps rarely reach over 70c for the CPU, and the GPU is also within limits.

My build:

Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO (updated with the latest non-beta bios version)
Chipset: AMD® B550 Chipset (Latest drivers installed)
Processor: AMD, Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics, 3801 Mhz, 8 Kerne(r), 16 Logisk(e) processor(er)
Processor cooling: Air, be quiet! Dark Rock 4
Graphics Card: AMD, Radeon RX 6800 XT (also have the latest drivers for this)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-3600 - 32GB - CL18 - Dual Channel (2 stk) - Intel XMP
Harddrive: Kingston NV2 PCI-E 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSD - 1TB
-I also have an older Seagate HDD (could it be this?) and a newer Seagate HDD
PSU: eVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 - Strømforsyning ( intern ) - 80 PLUS Gold - AC 100-240 V - 850 Watt - I brought this PSU as new back in 2016 (it has a 10-year warranty)
Case: HYTE Y60 Midi-Tower, with 9 120mm fans.
Screen: Optix MAG322CQRV - MSI
OS: WIN 11 Pro (This was a clean install that I did when upgrading my hardware)

I found tons of texts with different things I could try to solve this issue. I am guessing that I won't find any more of an answer here than I will "out there".

How old is the unit? Is this the unit that was made/released back in 2014?

I guess it's either the brand new motherboard
Did you reinstall the OS after your motherboard swap?

You've mentioned crash multiple times in your thread, are you referring to the system rebooting...?

You forgot to mention the make and model of the case.
