rog strix z590, i5 11600kf, Samsung 970 evo plus, corsair vengeance 3200 ram, corsair power platinum supply amd rx 5700xt gpu, windows 11.
System is new, all updates and latest drivers applied.
I hoping someone might be able to see the issue.

Event 41 is in response to any unexpected shutdown. In many cases it can be an indication of a failing power supply but wouldn't expect such out of a platinum level supply, assuming it's of the proper rating for your equipment.

Is this all you see in Event Viewer?

thanks for reply
i think i may see too many, list them briefly here. Do you see anything of concern?

my power supply is either 750 or 800watt type size, though only using one cable to gpu with the split plug. Whole system was working well on last motherboard, better motherboard and windows 11 only changes.

Just so I am clear, all bios, chipset and Me motherboard drivers are up to date? It doesn't matter what slot you use for the ssd, it is a pcie 3.0 drive it will work in any slot. Don't know why it didn't work in first one.
Hi, yes all latest drivers, bios installed. Although i used armoury crate for the driver install, I noticed yesterday a later chipset driver was available on asus website that was not installed by armoury, I recently installed that now.
Yeah i not sure why it m.2 was not detected either, though i might try a reinstall and that slot again, see what happens. I see other information in the forums about bios settings for the m.2 , will check that.

Hi, uninstalled ASUS software and my creative zxr software, appears one of the apps for zxr was not compatible with windows 11, reinstalled command app instead. I have had no more issues. Appears it was software related, which one i dont know fully and cant be bothered reinstalling asus software to find out at this stage.
