Question System not booting ?

So basically I decided to upgrade my hardware. I decided to move from a ryzen 7 3700x/b550 motherboard to a core i7 11700f/z590. Once I transfered all the hardware and flipped on the power supply switch the motherboard lit up and the power swtich led turned on(its green). No fans or gpu fans spin nor does the computer boot.
