Question System not giving video output

So first an apology since this is a question that is probably often asked here. Please bear with me.

I simply don't get any video output from neither the HDMI in my motherboard, or the HDMI or displayport in my graphics card.

The computer seems to boot fine, at least it seems there's power to all the components. I don't hear any beeps at all, but that might also be because the motherboard doesn't have a speaker?
I have looked at this guide but was actually a bit confused by the second step. Othervise I've tried all steps
A have made a little drawing in the bottom of the post to explain.
If I don't connect the red connecters, nothing simply starts.
If I don't connect the yellow connector, the computer starts, but the power-button on the front panel doesn't work when I want to shut it off now.

My biggest concern is actually that my motherboards BIOS doesn't support my CPU.

G.Skill AEGIS DDR4-3000 C16 DC - 16GB
Samsung 970 EVO SSD M.2 2280 - 500GB

Corsair Carbide 275R

I'm using the stock CPU-cooler

You use the full 8 pin for CPU. Outdated PSU's only have 4 pin.

Great, so both the 8 pin and the 24 pin on the right side, right?

Also, no matter how long it is just running, the fans seem to run at 100% all time

I found the problem. The computer simply took some 45 minutes to boot. After that I was all good.
