I have built a PC into a new case and added a H50 cooler. However, the PC will not turn on. There is a green LED on the mobo that lights up, 24 pin is plugged in, 4 pin is also in, have plugged in HDD to see if that helped, pump plugged in, fan plugged in, SATA plugged in. But doesn't power up. I have put all the FP connectors in as according to the manual I found for the board on the Internet, and also tried the original case header which is a pre wired block. Still nothing. No error beeps or anything. Just Green LED. Any suggestions as I can't think of what it could be. Have sat for over an hour now racking my brain. Also have tried a different power supply, professor and RAM Modules. The PC worked perfectly before I changed the case over. Am wondering if it may be a faulty board.

Solution
The motherboard may be shorting out to the case?

Ensure all cables connected properly and seated firmly.

Check carefully that the motherboard is seated correctly on the standoffs, and that the standoffs are not contacting any other part of the motherboard they shouldn't. The motherboard should not be making contact with the case otherwise.

Swap DIMM's in different slots if not already done.

Take the motherboard out of the case and "bench test" it with minimum of components to see if it works.
