Question System over-current shutdown 15s problem... Ryzen 32 core ?

Hi.
My pc is [bad language removed]. Says a lot. And over current and [bad language removed]. It wont start or let me enter bios. Just shuts Down again constantly. No Luck at all... only shutdown and no bios Lucky 1 time at all. Changed RAM no success. Changed power super. No success. Seems to be a usb port error however all usb disconnected still fail to start... all Calles correct. Is it the CPU or the motherboard then? Or what is gong on?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished, used)?

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

Other attached peripherals?

Install a fresh CMOS battery using the instructions provided by the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

Verify and doublecheck all system configuration settings as applicable and stated in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
