System power on failure

please my system whet off and refused to power on, only to display a message telling me that it has encountered an Error. please tee me what do i do?

First, Remove the battery on the motherboard for a few seconds and then replace it.
Remove all but 1 stick of memory and try. (Keep trying different single sticks of memory).
Check PSU light is on, or make sure power is getting to the PSU, (although if you see and error then i suppose your PSU is working).

If none of these work, Post back here.

it say's insert the starter cd and clik repair
