i need to know how to disable system properties (right-click from my computer AND control panel) for only the limited users NOT the administrator.

im using windows 7 ultimate.

Can you try this procedure? It says Vista, but the same should apply to Windows 7.
You're using Ultimate, so you should have gpedit.
