[SOLVED] System reserved partition creates itself on HDD instead of SSD

I also see in disk management it's split into two parts and only allows me to create a new simple volume for one half of it. I tried to clean the disk but it didn't allow me to. Here are some screenshots. I have two SSDs (one to boot from) and was planning on using this HDD for extra storage.

Is there an easier way to fix this without having to reinstall Windows with the HDD unplugged?

Disconnect the HDD and run startup repair from your installation media a bunch of times usually will fix it.

A program called EasyBCD used to do this for free but i don't know if it still does. I seem to remember them starting to charge for it.
