Hi,
Is it possible I can make a restore point using Windows 10 on my first Hdd, save the restore point on an external flash drive, and then when I install a new copy of Windows 10 on my second Hdd, I can use the restore point saved on the flash drive. So that I don't need to install my previous programs I need once again.
Knowing that i'm installing the Same windows 10 .iso image but on my second hdd
If there any other possible solution rather than creating a restore point, Mention it please.
Thanks in advance!

Solution
System imaging did not work, But i finally found a solution
Using EaseUs Todo backup, I cloned the system partition from my 1st hdd to an empty partition on my 2nd hdd
then, disconnected the 1st hdd, Booted from the 2nd hdd and that's it!
Thank you btw

No, you can't use Restore Points like that.
It will "restore" to that particular drive.

Now...let's investigate what youa re actually wanting to do.

Why a second Win 10 install?
There are easy and free ways to do this, but....why?

My first Hdd Has some problems and the disk usage rises up to 100% randomly and that causes freeze while surfing my pc or even gaming. And i tested all my pc parts and the're all healthy except for this hdd and i currently cannot purchase a new Hdd or ssd
And i want to install a copy of windows on my second hdd which is in a perfect condition
I just don't want to lose my current settings, registry, data and installed programs

Creating a Restore Point from a failing drive is a lost cause.

You can try it, but it will almost certainly not work the way you want it to.

Actual backups, not simply windows Restore Points, must be ade before things go wrong.

A restore point simply returns this OS back to the way it was when you made the restore point.
I am completely unsure if you can "restore" to a different drive.

Use some other actual imaging tool, and create an Image off to another drive.
But, if you have no other drive available...your options are limited.

Do you another drive to do this to?
If so, yes.

1. I meant actual Disk Management, not whatever that partitioning/imaging/cloning tool is.

2. You didn't do the imaging/cloning correctly.
You must clone ALL the partitions on the source drive, not just the C partition.
In your instance, you can leave off the H drive/partition.

You mean that if i cloned the C partition and the 422mb system partition,
I'd get rid of the black screen problem?

Probably.

Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
This is to allow the system to try to boot from ONLY the SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
Delete the 450MB Recovery Partition, here:
