this crash is happening every 1-3 hours and ive been trying to fix it all day. any help is appreciated.

im running error scan on hd tune now.

it currently says the health status is okay, if needed how do i install the intel rapid driver

It also couldn't hurt to check all your SATA cables (both ends) to be sure they are inserted fully.

how do i run the intel drivers? do i need NV cache or the SSHD?

its not self extracting or self installing, and i have a hybrid drive

okay, my bad for being slow and annoying. now, i installed the 5th one down on this page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25165/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-RAID-Driver
should i be good to go now?

I've got my fingers crossed. That error is common and reinstalling the driver usually fixes it.

thank you for the help, and once again sorry im a little out of it, been trying to fix all day. ill test it and choose you for best answer if i get no crashes.

If it does crash again, try downloading the driver from the motherboard or pc manufacturers website or the other option I gave you.
