Question "System Service Exception" on Windows 10 with Ryzen 5 3600 ?

I dont have problems with playing games cuz I can play games like god of war and cyberpunk without a problem, but when there is a app like cpu-z when cpu usage reaches to 100% and temp rises up i get the BSOD.

Start with the proper bios and mobo drivers.....test.

i would remove all of these old logitech drivers:
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WmBEnum.sys Tue Apr 27 13:10:19 2010
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WmVirHid.sys Tue Apr 27 13:08:53 2010
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WmXlCore.sys Tue Apr 27 13:09:26 2010
(logitech wingman rumble pad? old windows 7 driver)
disconnect the device then
use autoruns to remove the drivers,https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

then go into windows control control panel, find the option to show hidden devices, then delete any greyed out entry so the driver will not be loaded.

and start cmd.exe as an admin and run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
in the hope of repairing this window file:
win32kfull.sys (timestamp/ checksum has been removed)
(old programs would modify the file. not allowed any more)
steam made calls to the modified win32kfull.sys just before the system bugchecked.
debugger can not read symbols from the file since it was modified

Welp I just pumped up voltage to 1.2v and it solved. But still I will do what you say. Thanks
