system service exception windows 10

So I had windows installed, but nothing was wroking properly. So I tried reinstalling windows 10 but now its giving me system service exception. any clue? if you need more information, just ask and I will try to provide

Can you login to windows? When/how often do you get error?

I'm freshly installing windows again, and after I enter the product code it gives me that error and makes me restart PC
