This is an odd one.
I was just watching a stream on Twitch when suddenly my system just powered off. After turning it back on, i was stuck with "operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system" (mind you, this seems to be typical for laptops, but I have a regular mid to high-end desktop).
I immediately thought that my M.2 died, but that wasn't the case. BIOS was still recognizing it and reading all its stats and health specs.
Played around with boot order, but to no avail. After multiple failed attempts. I shut down the PC, attempting to to check the OS data via command line, but this time the system just started normally. Checked my OS M.2 for errors, scanned it... the typical. Nothing.
Any ideas what could be going on?
The M.2 in question is EVO 970 PLUS, OS WIN 10 PRO
