Question System shuts down here and there

I've been having pc just randomly crash on me,goes into restart after crashing,not often but it happens from time to time,i've noticed it happens during playing games,or when like pc is doing like few things at time...I've ran furmark 62 was highest temp on my rtx3060 gaming x.and hotspot was like 73 i think highest,cpu is 5700x3d with offset -30 and its cooled by ak620 zero dark cooler from deepcool,passes cinebench with ease,what can be potentially cause of these crashes?Psu is evga 750gq

List the games you tax the system with and the tasks that you know tend to trigger the issue. Speaking of triggers, can you recreate the issue predictably?

Usually a hardware shutdown/reboot tends to happen due to one of two reasons;
1| An overheating issue
or
2| Your PSU is unable to deliver necessary power to the entire system when taxed.

Ram:2x16GB kingston fury 3200mhz
SSD/HDD:I;ve got 240gigs of samsung 970 and 500gb ssd of siliconpower ssd forgot exact name of model
GPU:Msi gaming rtx 3060 12 gb lhr
PSU:EVGA 750GQ IVE had it like for year and half now
Chassis:H5 Flow with 2 140 Arctic PWM and 2 120 PWM fans
OS:WIN11
Monitor AOC 24G2U 144HZ 1080
So best bet would be to take it to repair shop,cause i got no tools to test Psu

Happened to me while playing RDR2,F1,happened like when i was using mobile emulators like nox,bluestacks,cant recreate crash on my own it just happens like i said from time to time,and Bios of motherboard is last one for it thats recommended,not at home rn so i dont know exact bios number...

Remove the voltage offset and test

This should have been caught and mentioned within the first reply.
Anytime hardware issues arise, always begin by setting optimized defaults.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or even an informational event just before or at the time of the crashes.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to look for signs of damage: bare conductor showing, kinked or pinched wires, melting, loose or missing screws, cracks, swollen components. corrosion, etc...

PBO wouldn't be enabled after setting optimized defaults.

I find it weird tbh,i've set it up as techyes,but if offset causes instability of cpu might as well be better of not using it.after all ak620 should have enough raw power to keep it under control

Maybe he figured out it was PBO after he reset to defaults because it had always been on PBO since he adjusted the offset to -30... No need to be accusatory and audacious...

You should really read up on how the offsets and PBO work.
