System slow cause of nvidia 9600gt?

my system is DG41RQ and dual core E5200 and 3 gb ram 250 gt sata 350 watt power supply my system work absolutely good when i purchased nvidia 9600 gt and install into system system performance very slow why?

Your power supply is far too weak for that graphics card.

CraigN is right. If I were you, I would look into buying a 500W Power Supply because it will not only allow your system to run at the normal speed, but will allow for future upgrades if you want any.

That will just slow you down more. Come on man it doesnt cost much for a new PSU, get a xfx 500W for £35, not modular but will do you just fine.

yeah its not a big deal to purchase a new power supply but my current power supply is just useless that's the matter because its a new power supply just purchased 3 months ago 🙁 but i think i should purchase a new one....

Well, the power supply was picked based on the specs of the computer you purchased it with. When you want to add more power, like a dedicated video card, that ups the power requirements by quite a bit.
