System Sound too low

The *ding* sound of windows when I click the volume meter is too silent, along with the sound effect of opening folders. However, sounds in apps, such as games and music players are too loud. This started happening after a blue screen and a failed minidump.

Left click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, and select mixer. You should be able to adjust the volume of each individual program, including Windows itself.

Thanks for your time to answer, but I found the solution. I just had to tick the "Loudness Equalization" box under Sound Effects in Realtek HD Audio Manager.
