So, about 2-3 weeks I've had problems with my PC booting. The problem began after I re-installed my Windows. When it turns on it immedietly turns off before showing a post screen and then cycles on and off about 4-5 times. After that it starts normally and the system is usable and I have not seen any issues or other problems.
Since I thought it was a PSU problem, I got a new PSU - "Gigabyte GP-P750GM, 80 PLUS® Gold" and installed it but the problem still persists and the system still cycles 4-5 times before starting.
My question is what other thing might be the cause of a problem like that - could it be a software or a hardware thing, and what can i do. I have already checked the cables, have re-seated the RAM.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Will the system boot into safe mode?

If supported will the system boot with iGPU?

Does the failure to immediately boot happen only when the PC is cold? But once warmed up will immediately properly start if turned off for just some number of minutes.....

The problem was coming from the XMP setting. It seems that after re-installing Windows I should've disabled and re-enabled that setting because after I did that, my PC started normally and now I don't have any problems.

Thanks for the reply anyway and have a nice day/night!
