system upgrade help

I have the following system::

i5 4590
gtx 760 2gb twin frozr
8gb ram ddr3
asus h81m-a

650w 80+ vs650 corsair power supply


And im upgrading my ram to 16 gigs and I want to also switch a gpu. Im currently on a dilemma between the 1060 and the 1070. I want to know if the difference between those two is worth it

Only you can determine it's worth.

That said, yes, it will last you longer without having to turn down settings and will not need to be replaced as soon as the 1060.

If you're going to be playing at 1080P i'd say no; however, the 1070 has a higher %chance of playing future games with most if not all eye candy turned on in 1080P.
