System Using 100% Disk

I don't know how this started, it was never like this until today. For some odd reason system is using 100% of my disk speed, and yes I've tried almost every fix I could find. This is what my task manager looks like http://imgur.com/eiVnBti

Update: I'm having issues downloading things, they cant seem to write what has been downloaded to the disk, and if it is writing it to the disk its extremely slow.

Ok, it worked thank you, should I revert some other fixes I tried such as re-enabling SuperFetch and BITS?

i would fix BITS as its what windows update uses and one day you may want to fix this problem the right way.
