Hello,

A Month ago my system experienced a PSU(RM650x) failure and I had to RMA it. The company provided me with RM750e because they cited the my original model has been discontinued.

Now Yesterday, I installed the replacement PSU but used the original cables from the RM650x which were pre-installed in my system & my System booted perfectly without issues. Since it's been off for a month the updates, Times & other settings were all off. Updated it, everything worked fine browsed a bit & left it on sleep mode for a few hours.
After, I returned & tried turning it on, The Windows opened on the Login screen & instantly froze with both my Mouse & Keyboard loosing power. Assuming it to be just a Software issue I pressed the power key & the system shut down. I tried to start it again only for it to keep getting stuck on the Windows 10 Logo loading screen repeatedly without any response the loading circle spins once & freezes. Believing it to be a Windows issues I tried to engage safe mode but the F8tapping doesn't work & it just goes to the Loading screen which freezes. The Windows also attempts Automatic repair which again freezes. Today, I tried to use a Windows Bootable USB & removing the SSD containing windows all together to maybe get to the installation screen but even with the USB Driver it loads the Windows logo & freezes again.

I tried BIOS reset, reseating the RAM but still no resolution. On BIOS, all the components show up fine..... My CPU, RAM Sticks, All my Drives & it seems the hardware is fine but I just can't tell anymore. Please help me, I am all our of Ideas & I really need this computer within a few days because of upcoming Exams I have in a few months & it's my only medium to Study.

Here are my system Specifications:
PSU: Corsair 750e
Motherboard: Asrock Fatalty b150 k4
CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: RTX 2060
Drive: WD 570
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB

This system is 8years old & has worked fine till now except few little issues without even barely needing a Windows Reinstall. Please help me, I am all out of Ideas & I really need this computer to workwithin a few days because of upcoming Exams I have in a few months & it's my only medium to Study.

Does it freeze in safe mode?
I can't find anyway to get into the safe mode. I have tried tapping F8 repeatedly but the system just boots normally to Windows Logo & Freezes. It also Boots into Automatic Repair Mode after attempts & freezes. I tried to boot it purely from a Bootable USB Windows Drive & removed the SSD with Windows installed to ensure it booted on the USB Drive only during which the Bios Blank Screen appears with _ repeatedly blinking & then it loads Windows Logo & the loading circle freezes again.

Ok, I will do a lot of generic advices:
Avoid wireless/use wired keyboard/mouse;
Always ensure your GPU is 100%, if not replace/bring for fix;
Check RAM banks, eraser but without letting artifacts enter & clean the contacts about your RAM sometimes, without artifacts being a thing; check if all the teeths about gold little soldered things;
Your SSD, check SATA cable + SATA power cable;
CPU, check the teeths about the socket if 100% or if on CPU the pins, all being 100%, fix if not letting someone help or newer motherboard;
Do the jumper thing reading the manual to reset your MB + replace the CR2032 battery for a better one, great brand;
Analyze your cooling system, be careful about dBa being so much to not make you very upset about loudness/noisy aspect;
Reinstall Windows if needed, install a good anti-virus option, install upgrades by Windows Upgrade, only not if features coming from downloaded drivers or prefer disks to install drivers, newer drivers may or not help...
Check the entire air flow about your case too; and finally: if all connections are 100%, even the front panel & none oxide things.

This will bring up windows recovery mode, so you can navigate to safe mode

I think it does try to get into Recovery Mode after couple of failed restarts but the same thing happens on the Recovery Mode. It freezes like below, the Loading circle animation stops spinning & it freezes. I have tried a completely new Bootable USB Windows Drive as well to boot into installation media but it freezes just as well.

Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.
Boot the stick and let it run.......what happens?
