Question System won't boot up w/ graphics card. Without graphics card, only can boot up in safe mode.

When I boot up my computer with the graphics card in, everything seems to work fine (fans spinning, keyboard/mouse light up) but my monitor never gets any signal.

When I boot up my computer without my graphics card, windows has an error while booting up and I can only get to my desktop if I boot up in safe mode.

Any tips on what I should do next or what might be causing me my issues?

Specs:
CPU - i5 6600k
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 4 GB x 2
Mobo - H110 Gigabyte
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB VRAM
PSU - Corsair CX650M

Also note: I've had this computer for 4 years now. Was working perfectly fine yesterday.
