System wont boot up

Hey guys , my newly built pc won't start up, but yet there is a green light on my mother board and my mouse is also lighting up. Any body know why it won't boot, and I'm on my tablet for tomshardware. Thanks for helping.

Everything is connected, green light on my motherboard, and indication that I have power, but no fans are running, no input on monitor 🙁

What are your computer specification?

So all of the pins into the GPU are connected? try reseating the GPU in the PCI-E slot. No fans on CPU or GPU?

It's probably down to the PSU or Motherboard. Test your PSU using the paper clip test, video link here if you don't how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixcWCrYpw3Y

If the PSU works, it could be your motherboard.

How do I know which is the green wire? All of them are black
