Question system wont identify connection, please help.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled ethernet drivers, changing duplex, different cables, different pc, everything can connect just fine but my gaming rig and its driving me crazy been at it for 3 hours or so and cant find a solution. please help me! my wifi on the rig works just fine.

correct and i have, still nothing and no idea what that is...

just changed my dns to open and it did nothing...
