Greetings,
I recently started a hobby budget build (hobo) and was testing components in my main rig:

ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura
AMD FX6300 OC 4.3GHz,
16GB Hyper-X DDR3 1866MHz (1.5v),
Sapphire Nitro RX480 4GB,
Corsair CX650M

I was testing some used RAM I purchased (2x4gb HyperX Red DDR3 1333MHz (1.65v)) because hobo wasn't posting. After some testing I discovered that one of the modules was bad, but the other worked fine, so I put the working one in hobo and replaced my 16gb modules into my main rig.
I tried to boot my main rig, but the mobo cycles through the key component LEDs and leaves the BOOT_DEVICE_LED lit, but won't post. The monitor is receiving a signal, it's just blank. I tried:

1. Resetting CMOS
2. removing the battery to reset BIOS
3. Testing each RAM (mobo is working since i get the beeps without any)
4. Disconnecting all HDD/SSD and only booting with SSD (boot drive)
5. Booting without any storage device
6. Booting without GPU (mobo let me know)

I'm worried it's the CPU, but it was working fine only hours before I tested the bad RAM. Could there be any correlation between the bad RAM and CPU damage? I'm out of ideas...any tips?
