As the title says, I have no boot options after a whole lot of troubleshooting that I eventually solved. Given it was a lot of the PC not even getting into the BIOS, the BIOS reset and now I have no boot options. My main boot drive is an M.2 NVMe (and it does show in the NVMe configuration tab). On top of that I have 1 SSD and 2 HDDs and none of them show either.
I am currently making a Windows media installation device, but I'm not sure what I should do from there, because I have important files on all drives. Is it possible to "rebuild" something through CMD perhaps?

Have you tried unplugging the ssd and hdd, only leaving the boot drive, then start up?

Last resort would be to download a linux distro and mount it on a usb. Boot from the usb and use the linux file manager to move your important files off of the m.2 and onto whatever alternate storage you have. Then you can fresh install Windows. Note that the Windows installer prefers that you have only 1 drive connected at install time; others can be connected after install is complete. While you have linux booted, you can use the Gparted app to make sure that your m.2 has a GPT identifier and you can delete any leftover partitions so that all of the m.2 space is unallocated. This will make the Windows install easier and faster.
