Hi here. I have the error mentioned above. At this point I have tried auto repair and got stuck in an srttrail.txt loop. I've tried reset and clean install. I have put an old GPU in because that was the only item recently changed. (Problem did not occur until days after seamless usage of new GPU) I've now replaced the hard drive. Attempted a clean install on a completely new drive and still receiver the error. It installed at first but then when I attempted to install device drivers from my MOBO install disk, it crashed again. It will not boot in safe mode. Any type of safe mode for that matter.
Please help.

Asus Z170-a
Gtx- 1070
16GB of Ram 2133Mhz
WD black 2TB HDD.
Evga bronze 750W PSU.

If there is a solution on another thread, please point me in that direction and I will delete this one.

Thank you.

That is correct. I cannot boot into windows. And how would I go about getting drivers if the LAN driver is on the CD. Can I download on an external and install from there?

Win10 usually installs LAN and audio drivers. Well first you'll have to get into windows if you want install anything

Thats the prob

If you've got the Win10 dvd or flash drive, you may have no other option but to reinstall Windows

But if you do dont use the cd for the drivers

I am going to try a fresh install. I am not sure why but the LAN port doesn't work until I installed the drivers from the disc. It just says internet is not available. I have a netgear USB wifi adapter but I am afraid of installing any other drivers on there as well.

New HDD kind of let's me wipe and try again without any hesitation.

Thank you for the assistance by the way.

Tried it with the wifi adapter and updating drivers via the inter webs. So far so good. Windows is now updating and restarting. Hopefully it can boot back up.

Thanks again.
