Question SystemSettings.exe - application error

When I try to open my settings, it shows this error message "The instruction at 0x00007FFE3108c003 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010. The memory could not be read."

what should i do to fix this. I just reinstall windows 11 on my pc but then this happens

The file system is corrupt. So you will have to run file system checker on it.

tried both but it cannot run. then tried in safe mode and it says corrupted files have been resolved but still face same issues. I ended up resetting my pc through the safe mode, removing all my files and what not. at least it's working now. Just have to reinstall everything . thanks tho
