Tab 3 8.0 constantly turning off

Hello, this is really urgent

I've had my Tab 3 8.0 for just over a year. Its had many battery problems, i.e draining quickly, not charging properly etc. Lately, whenever I go into Minecraft the screen will flash and then turn off. It does it for other apps too, i.e Need For Speed. I've reset the tablet TWICE, still problems. Today it woudn't even turn on, even if it was charging. When it did turn on the time wasn't right. The time seems to have automatically ajusted to the time though.

NOW, if I UNPLUG it will turn off. And its over 5% charge. Any ideas? Its updated to 4.4.2.

If you are saying that when you've fully charged your battery and it quickly drops to 5% charge (by playing games or simply accessing any app) its time to replace your battery.
