Question Tabbing in and out taking long time in games?

About 2-3 weeks ago when I would tab in and out of my games it would be instant but for some reason now it takes up to 5 seconds for me to tab back in, anyone know why?

Specific Game: Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War

Also forgot to add, tabbing out is instant, but tabbing in is when its slow.

Im having the same problem. Im using a 4k144hz monitor and its really irritating. Changing to 4k60hz fixes it but thats not how i want to play. It could have something to do with the bandwidth of dp 1.4 or with dsc. Have you found a fix for it?
