Tablet for simple use

i want to buy a cheap-low budget tablet.I want it for facebook,surfing on the internet,watching videos on youtube or watching downloaded movies and 1 or 2 games like subway surfers..i want it has 7''. i have seen the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7'' without 3G and Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10. What do you think especially about the Samsung Galaxy tab 4 ?? have you other options ?

Definatley the TF101 packs a punch and is not to expensive has great rooting possibilities and rom's availabale

I'm actually a big fan of Acer tablets, they deliver for the price, are durable, rootable, minimal bloatware have a variety of sizes.
