Hi i'm looking for cheap tablet mostly for reading ebooks, and web browsing outdorrs so I need something with decent display around 8-10". If you can redomend something inexpensive pleas do.

You could try Huawei Media Tab or Lenovo Idea Tab 3...or a plain wifi e-book reader if you just browse internet.

"Cheap/inexpensive" does not mix well with "decent display" and "outdoors". If your outdoor activity is book reading only, nothing beats dedicated e-book reader. Some of them have rudimentary browsers, too - nothing fancy, just basic browser to read the email and news.

I know exactly what you need and one of my friends with the same needs went for Lenovo Smart Tab M8 that was recommended by someone else. Well, this is a really good tablet not only for reading but for video calls and other light jobs as well. It has an 8-inch screen, just as you need, and is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor. The battery backup of this tablet is also quite good and most importantly, it costs just $99 now. I think this would be the best suited to your needs.
