My build is a Ryzen 2400g with a RX 480, 16gb 3200mhz ram. I took my gpu out for cleaning and when I put it back in I get a VGA error on my mobo. I tried running off the apu, cleared the CMOS and booted, it posts to the bios but windows will no longer boot. Any help to any above problems would be nice.

Hmm i always clean my GPU while it's still on the MB.
So does it post now with your GPU on it?
There is a chance to try to boot from another drive that you had an older installation on it.
Make sure you boot from the drive you should boot and disconnect any other drives to be sure.
Worst case scenario reinstall windows.
