task bar proplem

Im having Aproplem with my taskbar there is this kind of file that keep appearing and disappearing from my task bar and it has asign of system like the gray Circle i know its avirus but how can i make it go away

Do you have an Antivirus installed?
Microsoft Security Essentials is free and works well.
