[SOLVED] task manager has been disabled by your administrator

i dont know how this happened but im sure that no one messed with my pc. i tried the regedit fix but still nothing. anyone knows how to fix this?

To Anyone having this issue I found a fix. just follow these

Go to Run and type gpedit.msc and click on Ok.
Once entering the Local Group Policy Editor expand the Administrative Templates folder under User Configuration from left.
Now expand the System folder and click on the Ctrl+Alt+Del Options folder.
Now double click on Remove Task Manager.
Once the Remove Task Manager window will open, click on Enabled and Apply then click on Disabled and Apply, then click on OK.

Where did you get it?
Did you recently do a big Update?
I have windows 10 version 1909. no big updates nothing new downloaded. it just happened. turned off my pc last night with no problems, just noticed it when i tried to close some app and i cant select the task manager
