Question Task manager itself has high power usage?

Task manager shows itself, "Task Manager", to have a high power usage, can it even be possible for task manager to draw any power that would be considered "high"?
It said very high before this, but after a restart of the program it is now just on high.
Just curious if it could be something worth worrying about.
Edit: Forgot to mention it also has 6% CPU usage, although I'm far more put off by the other thing I've mentioned.
