[SOLVED] Task Manager memory shows 256 but usage max 128

So I have 256 ram installed and its recognized in cpu z as well as this photo. but under the usage it only shows 128. does this mean I will only be able to use up to 128?

Windows HOME has a 128GB limit. If you want more you need PRO.
