Task Manager shows the wrong RAM speed as 400 MHz but my RAM is a 1333 MHz RAM(Strontium DDR3 4GB Single stick SRT4G88U1-H9M)
CPU-Z not even detecting the RAM in any of the slots and in the Memory Tab it shows the AM but it says 533.3MHz but my RAM is 1333 MHz and my motherboard says it does supports 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM.
*Note my motherboard supports both DDR2 and DDR3 but not at the same time and I use only single stick 4GB DDR3 memory and i'm sure that it's in the correct slot.

Please help me figure out how to get my RAM to show proper details in Task Manager and CPU-Z.
Refer the below pictures for better understanding

Solution
Something is wrong, which is why it isn't showing up - as to what, probably the ram
and the 400 is the base rate which if it is DDR then it's running at 800
DDR 3 will only fit in a DDR3 slot - so there is no doubt it is in the correct slot.
CPUZ shows you have a ratio of 5:8 on the Speed - which is 533.
Also it is DDR so it is already 2x what the speed says. Even if running at 533x2 = 1066

Maybe the ram has finally started to go wrong, it happens.
Have you run some memtest software?
