Task Manager showing only 6 of 8 slots being used for RAM

I have 32GB of DDR4 RAM and my Taskmanager when I look at the memory tab is only showing 6 of 8 (24GB) slots being used. I have 8 4GB RAM sticks. CPU-Z program Memory tab is showing 32 GBytes tho so idk what to trust or how to know if all my RAM is being utilized. Please help clarify this

If all your RAM is being recognised you can only assume its utilizing it all? However if it is bothering you, Re-seat your RAM sticks and see if that fixes it.

its recognizing 32GB on CPU-Z tho. Its only showing 6 of 8 slots (24GB) being used on task manager. Is CPU-Z more accurate with telling me if all my RAM is being used?

I wouldn't say more accurate but its more useful, does task manager detect all 32gb ignoring how many slots it says are in use?
