Question Task manager shows higher Usage % than values used

As title states, the values used by applications don't add up to the percentage by a big margin, is this normal for task manager to do or is my RAM malfunctioning ? I have 2x8GB installed. ONLY UNDER HEAVIER LOAD e.g. Heavy RAM and GPU games

Yes.
Task Manager is a poor tool to measure that.

Don't worry about it.

task manager just shows what that app currently needs in order to not crash (working set), app usualy has other stuffs mapped in ram aswell, but that can get scrapped by OS (or moved to pagefile) when you gonna need to run another ram demanding app
