i play alot of online gaming and sometimes the game lags alot , when i go
back to desk top and check my rask manager i find smss.exe is appearing
twice once in my system and also in my user . when i en process in user the
problem goes away but after 20 mins keeps coming back ..

You may have a virus on your system. Although smss.exe is an actual Windows
component, there are viruses that run under this name also trying to trick
you. I recommend running an updated virus scanner right away.
