Taskbar issue Windows 10

Hello guys I have no idea what happened but my icons on my taskbar are all messed up, before that happened, they looked alright and everything was in its normal position. Everything was at the bottom like its suppose to be.

If you look at the bottom, you can see whats my issue.

You probably made it double height. Unlock it if it's locked and pull top edge down a notch.
