taskbar thumbnail preview not working

i tried software also using very very latest win10 build also from regedit,clear thumbnail cache , log in . restart , change account , but nothing happens.If i reinstall the windows than taskbar thumbnail preview works perfectly but after updates and dont know how its not working i also
reinstall my nvidia drivers but nothing magic happen any help would be life saver pls answer the solution if any one knows about that problem

this might help
right click start menu
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behavior
