Question TBMT 3.0 on 12900ks ?? (wont uninstall)

Upgraded my sons pc to a 12900ks and noticed his windows still has Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 installed yet it refuses to uninstall !?.

I guess it's not needed with this processor yet how to remove ?

this CPU does support Max 3.0 as well, why would you like to uninstall it?

As apparently windows10 has support built in now ?. The software was installed for an older processor.
