tcp 502 port need to open

i want port 502 to open for ip 192.168.1.2 on Cisco router
.we have scada system. when many electronic devices are there all data come at our router. now i wan that data to go on ip 192.168.1.2 via tcp 502.. how i can configigure on router

Do you mean a actual cisco enterprise router or the consumer linksys ones they sold to belkin.
